Toppan Technical Design Center Co., Ltd. (TDC) has advanced analog/mixed-signal design technology as core competence and provides solutions from LSI design to prototyping and production.

Our origin is CAD work related to Toppan Printing's photomask business.We started LSI designing in 1972 and have developed various LSI in our 40 years history. In 1989, the company became independent as Toppan Technical Design Center, and in 2001, started LSI turnkey business.

Our turnkey business is the one stop solution. We provide either simple shuttle service or a full service option that ranges from prototyping to production and includes selection of the optimum silicon foundry, support for packaging and testing, process management and quality assurance. Making use of our analog/mixed-signal LSI design know-how, we have had accumulated experience in sensor IC, image sensors, RF, power management ICs, and many other specialized IC applications.

During the extensive structural changes in semiconductor industry, there have been a growing number of cases where a LSI being used is discontinued and existing processes are obsoleted. If you have any problems with LSI procurement, please consult with us even for low-volume production or partial process.
